Refunding my domain

  I didnt get my refund for my domain. I paid the 18 dollars and shortly after realizing that wordpress was not for me, I made the cancellation request. IT WALL WELL WITHIN 48 HOURS. It was, in fact, within the hour that i purchased it. For the next day or so I saw “Cancellation Pending” written on the “Upgrades” page and I expected that my money would be refunded to my bank account. It has now been over 48 hours, I am still charged for the 18 dollars, and I am no longer seeing the words “Cancellation Pending” on my page. It just tels me that my time limit of 48 hours has expired and I cant get my money back. I PROCCED IT. WHERE IS MY MONEY.
