Refunding Premium Upgrade

Hey, I purchased the premium upgrade on February 10th and I have realized I need a self-hosted site to do what I want to do. When I go to my upgrade and try to request a refund, I am told that my purchase was made more than 30 days ago. Can someone assist me as I am within the 30 day purchase agreement?

I’ve refunded that purchase for you. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
