Refunding recent purchases

    I just purchased a premium subscription to build a blog because it said there were professional templates and a 14-day money-back guarantee.

    But when I tried building a site I quickly found the templates are poorly designed, and often not adequately responsive.

    Looking to get a refund. But after reading this article https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/ it is not clear if I will get my money back by clicking ‘cancel plan’. Because when I click this it then goes on to say ‘remove plan’.And the article says this means it’s not refundable despite me reading it has a 14 day money back guarantee.
