Refunding the Auto-Renew

  You have recently charged me for another year of my website (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I no longer wish to use it and want it to be shutdown. Could you honor my wishes and shut the site down and refund me the auto-renew charge? Thanks

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
