Refund(paypal chargeback dispute was cancelled)

  I was charged by you and I thought I disabled everything from here.
  I cancelled everything but I was charged by you again $300, I talked to paypal to reject that charge, but it seems that they can’t.
  Can you help me to refund that money to me?
  Also I would like to cancel any plan or subscription that is still active for this profile and if it’s possible delete it.
