I’d be happy to help with that refund. However, there are no blogs or upgrades linked to your account whichonetho.
You’ll need to log in to the account you used to purchase the upgrade in order to request a refund. (You can do that under Store > My Upgrades in the blog’s dashboard. On that page, you can also see who owns the upgrade by looking at the name next to “Purchased by” for that upgrade.)
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

I’d like a refund. I signed up on for the business-level site, thinking it free trial period would kick in, I worked within WordPress for less than 24-hours and decided to go to Squarespace – it’s easier over there.
WordPress is impressive in its offerings, but alas, too time consuming to setup and change – taking one away from the more important task of running a small business.
