  I gave click on the button to cancel update from the link you sent me to the email and I received this error message : Update not canceled or refunded. It was a problem back your payment. Please contact technical support.

  I require a solution please since you guaranteed the payment refund within 30 days .

  The custom design I bought itself was canceled but have not received the refund yet.

  It has been refunded. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

  Let me know if it’s not in your account by next week.
