I am trying to get a refund from my purchase of a domain name yesterday. I have deleted it from the site but there is no refund.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, @scratchcollective,
You will need to request your refund.
Be sure you are logged into the correct account. Also note that Refundsfor new domain registrations must occur within 48 hours. If you purchased it yesterday, you are all good there.
For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.
Let me know if this doesn’t work for you, and we’ll tag staff for assistance.

Thank you for the advice!
I have removed and cancelled the domain name so when I clicked on request a refund there is nothing to request as it has been removed?
I don’t know how to request a refund after I have already cancelled and removed the domain?
I originally tried to refund the domain before removing it but it wasn’t an option hence me clicking remove thinking it would do both refund and remove.
Thanks again!

Do you see a charge and no refund/credit in your Billing History?
Just want to confirm before we bring in a staff member. :)
Thanks.

No problem, yes there is a charge of £36 for the personal bundle. Then a refund of £14 for the personal bundle but it’s missing £22? Which I am guessing is the domain which i cancelled because I couldn’t see a refund option for it? Just not sure how to get the other £22 back.
Thanks!

Perfect. Thank you for checking.
I am tagging this for staff now. They will fix it all up for you. Please be patient as response times are anticipated to be longer than normal this week.

Hi there,
I’ve refunded the domain portion of your plan as well. You should receive the full refund in about ten business days.
