  Hi,

  I decided not to do a site myself and give it to a designer, so wanted to cancel my WordPress purchase. I have managed to cancel my upgrade plan at £214 but not the personal plan as it doesn’t give me that option. Please can you help?

  I’ve refunded your Personal Plan payment as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
