Refunds

  I have 2 refunds. One on October 6 & one on October 10 but neither are showing on my bank account. Are the being sent as a check to me?

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi mhilton1,

  I’ve checked your account and the Personal plan was successfully refunded in two parts — 7th October and 10th October. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  As @torres126 mentioned, refunds can take 5-10 business days or 1-2 billing cycles (for credit cards) to be reflected on your statement, so you can expect to receive them around that time. Since there are two refunds, they may arrive at different times.
