  How long does it take for refunds to be processed

  Hi there, you should be able to see the refund in your Manage Purchases dashboard as long as you are logged in with the account that made the purchase.

  Refunds in general can take 7-10 business days and may take longer for international refunds if you are located outside the US. If you paid by credit card it may take between 1-2 cycles for the refund to appear. There’s also a possibility that if you cancelled soon after making the purchase that your bank simply voided the transaction.   If you don’t see a refund after the time periods mentioned above, please let us know.

  Hi there,

  It looks like we only issued your refund on Friday, so it can take a couple of weeks before it will show on your end.

  Please contact your bank directly to follow up if you don’t see it yet by then.

  Hi sheffieldlistenerscorner,

  Following up on the modlook tag added to this thread. I’ve checked your account and the refund was successfully sent on 11th January 2019:

  As @justjennifer mentioned, international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer than 7-10 business days to arrive — it’s on its way though.
