    can I get refunds from the subscription? I made a plan on using the free features on WordPress because no longer using the feature. I forgot to cancel the subscription before the renewal,

    I can definitely assist with issuing you a refund for the Premium Plan. I see that you disabled your custom domain as well – were you wanting to keep that and cancel the plan?

    So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.

    Also, one of the features of all of our paid plans is to allow users to set their custom domain as primary. If your custom domain is not primary, people will still end up at your site if they type your custom domain into the address bar, but will see your .wordpress.com subdomain. The Personal Plan is always an option if you want to keep your domain as the primary domain.

    Hello, thank you for your reply.

    at this time, I want a full refund both for my Premium Plan and Domain. ad I no longer using the site.

    if I need it in the future, I will subscribe for next Premium feature for other sites. In any advance, I need ARN/RNN code as my Bank needed for the refund process.

    It looks like the plan has been refunded and cancelled, and the domain has been cancelled also.

    It wouldn’t be possible to refund the domain as this is now outside of the refund window.

    if I need it in the future,

    Would you be considering to use the domain in the future? If yes, we wouldn’t recommend cancelling this as it may not be available.

    Seeing as this is no longer refundable, and there’s a possibility this could be of use – would you like us to restore the domain for you for safe keeping?

    I don’t mind for the domain, but at least can you refund the Premium Plan?

  • Yes, as my colleague mentioned, a refund for the plan was sent yesterday.

    Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 days for them to display the credit on your statement.

    I’ve checked on our end and it appear that Stripe (our merchant processor) is still working on the refund and it is still “pending” and no ARN has been assigned.

    We can update you here as soon as we see it but for now there is nothing we can do to retrieve that code for you. Thanks for your patience!
