  I have been charged the same amount twice. I purchased the domain, site and did an upgrade but ended up deleting everything within the hour. Can somebody tell me if I’ll receive a full refund or what? Thanks

  Hi there:

  Pulling up your account, I’m showing this was the purchase process:

  1. Purchased WordPress.com Personal and used the free year domain credit for the domain lepetitedition.com
  2. Cancelled Personal and was refunded the plan pricing minus the $18 domain registration fee.
  3. Purchased WordPress.com Premium
  4. Cancelled Premium for a full refund.

  Since it sounds like you don’t want the domain either, I went ahead and refunded that as well.

  NOTE: Since you cancelled the plans so soon after purchasing, it was before the transactions were processed and the funds sent to us by your bank. Therefore these transactions will likely show as pending and later will be removed from your account rather than show as a credit/debit line item on your statement. You can contact your bank for more information.
