  I am supposed to be getting 2 refunds. What is the status?

  I’m showing the refunds have been processed by your bank, so you would need to check with them on the status of those refunds.

  Since this involves transactional data that we can’t post publicly, I just sent you an email with the subject line of [WordPress.com] Update on your refund with the information you need to follow up with your bank.
