Why can’t my bank account just be charged for a refund to a customer? Now I have a negative balance and the customer never got there refund. How do I get this taken care of?

I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
I did note however that studioksalonaz.com is not registered with WordPress.com, but is instead held with a different company: Google Domains.
