    Hello, I have refunded two items. Both were payed from the same card on the same day (18th November). I received money back from one of them, this week. And the second one which was also refunded on the 18th November still hasn´t come. How long does it take, please?

    Hi there!

    It appears one of the refunds was likely processed as a reversal, which means your bank/card issuer removed the original transaction from your statement instead of posting a separate refund. Could you contact your card issuer/bank to find out the status of this?

    I can confirm that the refunds were successful from our end.
