    Refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. International refunds may take longer to reach you. Your bank can tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Has this timeline passed? You might also want to talk to your bank to confirm if they might be holding the refund for any reason.

    I have checked your account and can confirm that you canceled the subscriptions on 28 November 2024 and the refund was processed as a reversal.

    Usually this means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
