Hello, i cancelled my premium website and my domain name, The 12th January, but I still haven’t any refund. Could you please treat it?

Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement. Please contact your bank and ask them for information if 10 business days have passed and you have not seen a refund posted to your account.

I’m sorry to hear that. Very frustrating, I am sure.

However, once the refund is processed on our end, it is out of our hands. The money is gone and out of our control. I would encourage you to contact your banking institution and ask them why the money has not been returned to your account.

Yes it’s very frustrated! 3 weeks has almost past and still haven’t any refund! You say that the money is out of your hand, I would appreciate if it would be in my hand.

If you really have made the refund, please send me by email, the screenchot with the nunber of transaction you have made, including the date of the ” suppose ” Refund.

It’s really unprofessional to have to wait so much time to have the mknez back, and to have to ” fight” for it.

I hope this problem will be resolve this week.

Yes, and they say that they don’t have nothing to deal with, if there is a refund it should come, because you got the money with my number card, so you are able to make de refund. So please send me a screenshot of the refund. This story is getting me angry.

We have contacted the payment processor for a reference number that you can provide your bank/credit company. It may take a few days to hear back from them, but I will contact you as soon as they give it to us.

Il will be THE l’est Time à Write you about THE NON refund on m’y crédit card. It has spend now one month and a half that i’m waiting for tous refund. I havé talked with my bang about this, and they Didn’t receive any information about your number reference yours send me.

So for then last time I ask you to REFUND ALL THE MONEY UNTIL THE END OF THE WEEK!

I shall confide this file to my legal support and I am going to put down a criminal complaint to your company, because it is inadmissible that You did not paid off my money after more than one and a half month.

I hope that this dispute will be settled to have to engage without legal proceedings.
