Refunds of payments

    There are no refunds for payments made by mistake. More than 17 calendar days have passed. How to be in this situation. Since I cancelled the premium subscription – now there is no way to contact support in chat.

    I can see that you renewed your Premium plan on May 12th 2023, then canceled and requested a refund just a few minutes later. Because the cancelation happened so closely after the original purchase, the refund was issued before we received the funds from your bank. In cases like this, your institution will instead reverse the initial charge, and it will simply disappear from your statement rather than issue a line-item refund.

    Essentially there was not enough time for us to collect payment before you canceled so we have nothing on our end to refund. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as canceled and refunded on our end as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
