Refunds of the website and domain registration payments

    Good afternoon,
    I want to confirm that I’ll be refunded in the next days in 114€ related to the Receipt ID [redacted by staff] (96€ for the website and 18€ for the domain registration).
    I already cancelled the services but I haven’t receive an email that confirms both cancelations and that confirms that I’ll be refunded in the full a month of the receipt.

    I’m really disapointed the service provided.

    I hope to have a reply as soon as possible.
