Refunds still missing! After almost 3 weeks

    I still have not received the two refunds that I requested after cancelling my subscriptions after it was auto renewed. Please can you process these refunds as matter of urgency and confirm to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

    I’ve checked again and confirmed that the refunds were successfully issued from our end. Can you contact your bank/card issuer to find out the status of the refund?

    It seems the refund may have been processed as a reversal, which means the original payment would be removed from your statement. As a result, you wouldn’t see a separate refund posted on your statement. Instead, the original payment will be removed.

    This may take one full billing cycle to show up on your card statement, but your card issuer/bank will be able to help you further on this. From our end, I can confirm that the refunds were successfully processed.
