Refunds? When will I receive them?

  Hello, I requested a refund working the 30 days as I did not want to re-new my domain or my subscription. I was informed I would get a refund but still haven’t received the money. When will I receive them

  I can see the refund was sent. Since you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.

  I’d recommend checking your records to see if the original charge is still there. If it is, please contact your bank to see how they display voided charges.
