Refund/Where is everyone?

I am so upset. Why is it so hard to get a email to a support specialist or a phone number to call? Why? I was charged $99 for an upgrade that I do not want. I cancelled it but it has already been charged as of today. I just want a refund and would like to know if a refund is getting processed and if so how long it takes. When you cancel your upgrade, it just tells you it has been canceled, not refunded. So I don’t know. It would be great if someone could communicate with me about the status of this.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Hi there,
I checked your account and confirmed that you successfully cancelled your Premium plan before it was renewed. WordPress.com was in the process of authorizing that charge with your credit card company, but the plan and payment were cancelled before the charge was completed and so WordPress.com did not collect any payment.
It’s possible your credit card company is still holding those funds for the pending payment, and they should release those funds as soon as they process that cancelled payment. (That process depends on your credit card company — if you have any concerns about that please contact them directly for information about when those funds will be released on your card.)

Why no phone number for customer service?
My cc just got charged for $99. I know nothing about. I have no saved credit cards (that I know of) and no upgrades on my wordpress blog.
Haven’t used this wordpress account in years.
Please cancel the charge ASAP?
At present Amex is waiting (as of today) for the pending charge to become a real charge.

I tried to cancel my subscription before it was charged through my paypal account but it said that I needed to contact you. It was on a Saturday so I figured I had to wait to get in touch with someone. The charge went through yesterday. I need to cancel it and get a refund for the refund yesterday. How do I do this?

Have you contacted your credit card company yet? We voided the charge before we received the funds. If the card company is still holding a pending charge, you’ll want to contact them to have it released.

I already have my own domain thru godaddy and I set up domain mapping for my wordpress blog which was $13. For some reason I was charged another $13 for registration. I already have my domain I shouldn’t have been charged for it. I need to have a refund for $13 to my account. Please contact me and let me know the status of my account.
