  Hi you keep bulking me for a service I have never use- I don’t even know what my email address is with you.

  I have just been billed gains and as a one parent family with no blog or website needed I do not know why you keep billing me. Please organise a refund as soon as possible as I am now over drawn and you can clearly see I have never used this service!!!

  I don’t see any sites or subscriptions under your account, as @staartmees mentioned, if you’re not sure what site the charge is for, it’s best to search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
