Reg button CTA language localization

  Hi there, Im having an issue I dont know how to fix in WP. We have several languages (ES,EN,DE,FR) and I want to localize the CTA in the reg button for each one of those countries. I found out I can do it inside customize, header elements, but if I change it applies to all sites, how can I do to localize the CTA in each language for each country?
