Reg Swell theme :why does Banner display appear on every page of the website?

  I am creating an art website using swell theme. The banner image on the home page appears on every page. I have tried uploading the featured image of 1800px width, customized to the page but it does not appear. The banner panel on each page becomes too broad and repetitive for the viewer. When you click on a page, the banner image repeats itself and takes up half the screen space.
  Please guide me. This is critical from a viewer’s point of view.

  Hi Aiyana,

  I’m a bit confused as to your question because I’m not seeing the header image on other pages. For example this page:

  https://artofaiyana.wordpress.com/about-the-art/

  does not have the header image.

  Let me know if that’s now what you mean.

  Thanks for your response.

  I managed to fix the problem after much re-search. I realized that I had selected the Home template for the page, and that is why the banner was appearing on each page. Once I selected the default template, the problem was solved.
