Regain access to a WordPress Blog after changing phone number and losing backup

Hi, I’m Giuseppe from Italy and I run a WordPress based blog named Etidioh.wordpress.com. I use it everyday but since this afternoon I lost access after clearing my browser cache. Since I changed my phone number and I lost my backup codes (I suspect I never had since the blog was created many years ago), the access cannot be restored used ”reset password” option at login page. There’s a way to circumvent this issue?

Thank you for the prompt response. I answered your email but so far no reply has been provided. I would also like to specify that the Account that I attempted to login is connected with my Mastodon Science forum (this for checking further my identity and the linked activity with WordPress platform).
