Regain access to make sure my domain remain registered

Hey team, Hoping someone can help me. I recently migrated my site to wp.org and have set up my domain to point to siteground. I’m planning to keep my domain registered here through wordpress.com. However, when I access my account it says “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support”. However, because my business account has been removed, I don’t have access to live chat/support.
Please advise if I’m able to keep my domain registered here and how can I check my account is all set up properly so my domain stays active.

Hi,
I’ve checked your site and there was a Jetpack connection issue.
I’ve restored your Jetpack connection and you are able to manage your account normally again.
If you have migrated your site to a self-hosted site and planning to keep the domain here, you won’t need your Creator plan. You can cancel it from here.
