Regain Control of a wordpress account

    I need help in gaining back control of a client’s wordpress site. He hired someone to make his site but when he dumped it off for him he gave him no login info for it. This person has fallen off the face of the earth and can’t get a hold of him to get any info. I’ve logged into the site using my own info but the original creator is still the administrator and without that account to okay mine I can’t change anything. What should I do next?
