Regaining access

Hi there,
I only see this site when I look under your @flobearsplace WordPress.com account on our end: https://flobearsplace.wordpress.com/
Is this the site you are trying to “reset” or is there another site you are trying to do that to instead?
If so, is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Hello there,
Many thanks for getting back to us regarding this.
Ideally you would need to try and recover the account connected to this site. Please see this guide here on how to do this: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Please see this guidance here on when an account can’t be recovered: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#if-ownership-cannot-be-established
I hope this helps.
