Regaining access to a blog I started

I created and maintained this blog https://fusedmind.wordpress.com for a few years. I am the owner of it however I no longer work at the company with he email I used for logging into the blog. What can I do? I have a new WP account using (email visible only to moderators and staff)

It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You can create one gravatar for every username account that applies to all blogs registered under the same username account and email address.
