Regaining access to a business site created by a 3rd party for our company

I can’t seem to get into or edit a our website which was created using a WordPress App and is accessed from our domain’s control panel. This is vital because the credentials from WordPress were used to access our E-commerce site, and now we can’t get into either. The E-commerce site will not let us gain access without the WordPress credentials, and I can’t seem to contact anyone on WordPress – how do we regain access to our website when our 3rd party developer dropped the ball and WordPress does not seem to have real customer support? This is affecting our small business operations. If anyone could direct me to the correct person to talk to about this matter, I’d be very grateful. Thank you.
