Regaining traffic after wordpress url change

    Hi. I changed the url in my <URL>.wordpress.com, and I see that google does not list my blog anymore. I tried googling the problem, and I only get solutions (301 direct) for websites that I need backend access to.

    What do I have to do in order get my new blog’s url back into Google’s system?
