Regardign annual subscription

  Hello, Last year I had paid for website for Rs. 2400. I am not in a position to handle that money so I had cancelled it. I got a refund. I cancelled the annual subscription aswell. Now there is another Rs. 2400 got debited from my account automatically. Please do help me with this situation and also refund.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was recently charged is not associated with the account you contacted us from – I don’t see any recent charges under your account. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
