Regarding a new site

  Hello,

  I had created a a second site with my current site. However, my second site got deleted accidently and I want to recover it.

  Moreover, even when I try to add a new site, it leads me to a page which says the site has been moved or does not exist.

  I want to create a new site immediatele, so please help me
