    Hi I’m Avisha five days back I’ve made a purchase of $19 and at the same time ( Instantly)
    cancel the subscription but I still didn’t get the refund, made the payment though Debit Card. Kindly Let me know the further Proceeding ASAP. Looking forward to positive response.

    Please do not post transactional information on a public support forum. An unauthorized person can use that transaction data to prove ownership of your account and take it over.

    Regarding your refund, I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.

    Hi there again,

    First Of all thank you for the quick respond and the telling me the instruction but unfortunately at the same time which I’ve paid the payment for this one I’ve received a message mentioning have deducted the the payment from the account.

    Still I didn’t get the payment yet as well as checked with the bank also previously followed up with the statement and the billing cycle.

    if it’s possible kindly help me with this one, highly admire if the process can be accelerated.

  • Hi there,

    Because your cancellation came shortly after the transaction itself, your bank may opt to issue a reversal instead of a line item refund on your statement.

    To explain, In the case of a reversal you won’t see a refund credit on your statement – you will instead see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment and no refund. It will appear as if the whole transaction never happened.

    Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as canceled and refunded on our end.
