I have done payment yetst – still my account not updated. pls check and confirm

Your payment is still being processed by Netbanking, so we haven’t received the payment yet. Once the payment completes, your upgrades will be added to your account.
Netbanking payments can sometimes take a few days, and should it not complete for any reason, you’ll be refunded for your payment automatically.

Hi, Thanks for quick revert. If netbanking is going to take time – Should I initiate fresh payment through CC and cancel netbanking payment ? is that possible.

There’s no way to cancel the Netbanking payment at this time, so I recommend waiting a few days until the payment is complete. If the payment is not completed, then you can proceed with making a new purchase using your credit card.
