Regarding accounts and website

Hi,
This is the 3rd time I am contacting. I have a premium account ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ associated with the website https://discoverstemdotinfo.wpcomstaging.com/
However, whenever I login, I am shown that I do not have any subscriptions/premium plans.
I have contacted previously, however, I am told that I need to login using a different account. I use the right account to login (discover.stem1@gmail) since I get the bills for the transactions on this account.
Can someone help me fix this? I need to update the recurring payment method, and card associated.
