Regarding business plan

I was willing to purchase wordpress business plan. I just want to know that with ‘WordPress.com Business – annual subscription’ plan shall i need to pay extra for bluehost hosting or any other similar portal. Also after taking Business plan is there any hidden charges for website building from scratch.

You don’t need to pay for Bluehost hosting as hosting is included in the Business plan along with other features.

as @tenchoenyi, if you create a site on WordPress.com you do not need to purchase hosting elsewhere.
All our subscriptions are charged annually. If you register a custom domain, it will be included in the price of your plan for the first year and you will only start paying for it from the second year. The price of the domain depends on its extension (TLD):

If you already have a domain registered elsewhere, you can map it to your WordPress.com site for free with any of our paid plans :)
Remember that you can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days. Bear in mind that if you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we could only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
