  Hi,

  All WordPress plans comes with a domain.
  If you intend to host with WordPress.com, signing up on one of the plans is a good idea.

  Alternatively, you can buy your domain with another registrar and map your domain to a WordPress.com account which would require a paid plan, anyway.

  how I get the advertisement

  To advertise on WordPress.com, you can apply for WordAds. However, note that the advertisers will only insert advertisements in your blog when your site has thousands of views per month.
