    Hi I cancelled my wordpress premium account with your support team member Maciej P. on the 5th of Jan 2017 and I have yet to refunded the full amount for it. It was paid via paypal. Please get back to me regarding this.

    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
