Regarding cancellation of domain

    This domain was being created by me epicfitnessclub.com .
    hence my email id (email visible only to moderators and staff) received email telling that renewal date is close by.
    I don’t want to renew and want to cancel the auto debit option. For that on clicking domain dashboard link ‘Unauthorized message is coming ‘

    Hi ,
    The transaction id mentioned above is against the amount deduction of Rs 2400 on 2nd Dec 2018 from HDFC Bank.
    If needed I can share the account statement also.So this account genuinely belongs to me but for some reason I have forgotten all credentials. Hence please help me in cancelling the same else again amount will get deducted.

    Hi Akash, the transaction ID you listed is not like the ones we have here. Still, I redacted it from our forums as it may be sensitive information. Please don’t post that here.
