Regarding Custom themes installation.

  Hey there,

  It’s been a month on WordPress & I’m operating on a Free account & trying to upload themes manually but the ‘Add Themes’ tab doesn’t show on my WP Admin page. What to do next? Help me out, reply asap. Thanks in advance!

  Howdy sowmenroy!
  WordPress.com does not support uploading themes, it has in built themes, read more about it here Adding New Theme

  If you want to be able to use Custom themes you might consider using WordPress.org, To know the difference between

  WordPress Com vs WordPress ORG
