  actually i have subdomain now and if i upgrade it can i get domain as.com,.net

  That’s correct. For instance a subdomain will look like abc.wordrdpress.com, upon choosing to upgrade with any of the WordPress.com plans your domain is likely to look like abc.com. However the url extensions such as .com, .net, .org etc for your desired domain name is always subjective to availability.
