Regarding domain

    The domain was supposed to be free for 1 year with the business upgrade right? why am i being asked to pay for it when trying to add a domain

    When you upgrade to a plan, a free domain for the first year is indeed included. However, this benefit is available only on our yearly plans. From what I can see, it looks like you’ve upgraded to a monthly plan, which is why you’re being prompted to pay for the domain.
