regarding domain registration and site issue

  Hi, currently i designed a website in wordpress, and i liked it so i went ahead to buy the domain with the one which i have designed, but now i cant do it. Kindly give guidance on the part where i can access the one designed layout which i have chosen is reflected on the domain registered website.
