regarding domain renewal

    Im having issues renewing my domain through the link in the email
    could you please help?

  • Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any domains.

    If you’re speaking of roguehomme.com, that domain already expired on 22 May and is currently in redemption with our domain provider. If you are trying to renew via the renewal reminder emails we sent you before expiration several weeks ago, those will not work any more, as the domain is no longer in your account or on our system.

    It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

    Hi,

    Thank you so much for your response, my apologies i stupid responded to the email notification of your reply.

    I would most definitely like to go ahead with the process of restoring the domain, and agree to the registrar charge.

    Your payment has come through, thanks! I’ve contacted our registrar and will be in touch as soon as I receive a reply — which usually takes 1-2 business days.
