regarding downgrade my plan

  Hi,

  Today I asked to downgrade my plan from business to premium, but after you did that i found that each window is duplicated which is strange for me because it was not like than before upgrading to business. i am dissapointed…

  I think you’re referring to your menu items. I see that you’ve already deleted the duplicate ones, and your menu looks alright.
