Regarding error in Jetpack backup

    Hi, I am having this issue of Jetpack connection has failed while attempting the backup and the Debug tool is showing me this error : ‘XML-RPC is not responding correctly ( 404 )’.

    Can you help with this please, cuz this is so frustrating..

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Thank you for reaching out. It appears that you’ve set up a domain connection for the domain desigyn.com and designated it as your primary domain. However, the domain nameservers are still pointing to GoDaddy rather than WordPress.com, resulting in this error.

    To resolve this, you’ll need to either update your domain nameservers to point to your WordPress.com site or designate a different primary domain that uses our nameservers for your website.
