Regarding Google adsense and domain upgradation

  I need to know that If I upgrade from a free plan to Personal plan i.e. 2.99$ (per month billed yearly.) Will I be able to plugin the google adsense?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Google AdSense isn’t allowed on a WordPress.com hosted site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

  For sites that meet certain traffic and quality requirements, there is the WordAds program.

  You may consider moving to a self-hosted installation of WordPress where you can then use AdSense. For that you’ll need to register a domain, buy hosting, and set up your site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
